🗳Vote now, vote early.
We’re in this together🖤
Let’s vote to rebuild and unite.
Let’s vote to get us closer to our ideals and bring us closer together.
Let’s vote for better than this and better days.
In 2016, I voted for you, for me, and for us.
This year, I’m doing the same with even more heart and fight.
I voted 🗳✔️
I’m fighting for:
peace and unity,
our democracy,
seeing the humanity in all,
a woman’s right to her body,
an anti-racist future and healing for our minority communities,
police reform,
coronavirus to be managed seriously,
the environment and science,
freedom and equality for all,
livable wages,
healthcare and safety for all,
and because Black Lives Matter.
Etc that is good, right and just for all humans.
We deserve better and I’ll continue to vote to get us closer.
Love you all, stay safe, stay sane in this intense time🌀🌀🖤

P.S. Below is what I wrote on the night of the 2016 election when we got the results…I remember the pain of that night to see that Donald Trump would be our president. It turns out, the last 3.5 years have been worse than what we could have imagined.
When I took this photo I was hopeful for the forgotten and the preservation of the sweet innocence in believing that differences make us better together. Definitely emotional to sit with my Nana on a night like tonight. Right now my heart is heavy for the families who have to have hard talks in the morning about what the next 4 years might bring. I did my part, I voted for you and us ❤️ #LetsGetToWork #StayUp #StayKind
